what kind of tablet is it? the reset key combo is different from tablet to tablet. due note that if you do reset the tablet to get back into it everything will be deleted and nothing will be saved. if you are ok with it then there is usually a keycombo that you can do to enter recovery more and from there you can reset the tablet to factory defauts and set it up ask if you just took it out of the box.
