Whe i replaced the battery on my iPhone 5s i forgot to put the little clip back that covers the connector on the end of the ribbon cable for the touch sensor. i cant get the phone open now, would it be a problem if i don’t put it in there?
most of the 5Ss that I open up are missing that piece. I’m sure it has a purpose but the phone will be fine without it.
I wouldn’t think it would cause a problem.
