I have this ZTE Model Z667T cell phone from 2014 that I use only to listen to YouTube if I’m working on my other cell phone or my tablet. For some reason, I put a pattern lock on it and I totally forgot what it was and this phone is not activated and my Google account is still on it but I cannot figure out this pattern and I don’t know what possessed me to even make it , so I’m wondering, is there anyway I could figure out how to get back into using it? The only thing that it says after five times of putting the wrong pattern in is that I have to wait five minutes and underneath it says emergency calls only. I even tried to pull the settings down and that’s not even allowing me to do that, either. Help…TY!!!
If you haven’t unlocked the bootloader (you would know if you had) there isn’t really a way to remove the password and retain the data on the phone. You can factory reset the device, but you will lose everything on the phone. If you only used it for YouTube, that’s probably fine however. Power off your deviceHold down the Volume Up and Power buttonsRelease both buttons when you see a menu on your screen You should be seeing a text-only menu (maybe with a little Android icon in the background). You use the volume buttons (up and down) to move, and press the power button for “ok.” Press volume down until you get to Wipe Data/Factory Reset, and select that option. After a few minutes, your phone should be completely reset.
How come it says avoid pressing volume up and power buttons on my zte phone
