I cut my catalytic converters off and my explorer still has no power
now that you’ve cut the converter out what are you doing for a rear o2 sensor? if the cat was plugged then you loose power yes but not all the lost power is from a plugged converter . Without the converter your not getting the right info to the computer and the fuel mix will be off . Thus the lose of power.
