Hook it up to the original computer that you loaded from and restore it ;-)

There is no away apart from guessing your old password and apply it by different intervals to avoid getting your phone blocked. If not then you may need to put your device in to DFU mode then restore and update it using iTunes but all of you saved data shall be erased.
