when i switch on my imac a question mark flashes in the middle of the screen. i have tried th eobvious like restarting the computor but tis does not work.
The flashing question mark means that the mac cant find a bootable image. Do you have an external drive? Bootable OS CD? Try resetting the PRAM/ connecting to a external hard drive and let us know what happens.
