I replaced my iPhone 4s battery. When I try to charge the phone, the apple icon keeps flashing but doesn’t do anything else. Any suggestions?

Why did you want to replace the battery to start with? I’ll assume the old one is discharging quickly, and needed replacement (if not, let us know why). Try to disconnect then reseat the battery connector. What happens? If nothing changes, you could have received a defective battery. Put back the old battery, if you still have and it still works. See if that solves your issue. If you don’t have the old battery, talk to your supplier. Ask for a replacement and try it. If they’re not responsive, or the issue remains, try a battery from a different supplier. Get it from a reputed seller, don’t go cheap. If none of the above helps, let us know and we’ll take it from there.

Make a DFU restore, 90% of chance your phone will work again but you will lost all of your data on your phone.
