How do l replace the toilet flange?
ED Chevy I would lift the commode and replace the wax ring. It is possible that it is leaking. Not really a terrible bad job. Check this video as well as this one It will give you a good idea. Make sure that it is seated properly and that there is not debris where the surfaces mate.
