I have an iPhone 5s, I swapped the orginal logic board with another to see if it worked, when I put the orginal board back in I got a bootloop, then forced recovery mode and got error 9 in itunes.. The screen has been replaced twice, the orignal was completely busted. I used to get error 4013 but its been error 9 now. I have tried every combonation of disconnecting cables and what not, whatever combonation you think of I have tried. I really dont care about my stuff on the phone anymore, I have a backup in icloud. Please help.
Your problem is on the logic board. Unfortunately, no amount of disconnecting and reconnecting cables will help here. One possibility is long screw damage; that is where the screws are replaced incorrectly on the screen retaining bracket. Each one is a different length so if you put a long one where a short should go, you can damage the logic board. This would need to be looked at by a micro-solderer but if you don’t care about the data, then it may not be economically viable to do this repair on an iPhone 5S.
Have you tried disconnecting everything all at once? Screen, front cam, rear cam, volume buttons, then try to restore whilst everything is off? Sometimes works for me.
