I charge my alta a good hour and the battery icon shows fully charged. When I disconnect it from the charger the power shuts off completely.
tairaadams, Check the 1st link below for suggested answers to your Fitbit Alta’s issue. should be under warranty or even if not contact fitbit(2nd link) and request a replacement on this new of watch.
