I’m having the same problem with my LG fridge I pulled connector off PCB board tested first prong and last prong mine jumped around a bit but never seen 200Vac .So what does this mean the problem could be?

@b o Smith if you disconnect CON201 and after plugging in the refer , within 30 seconds of pushing the test button you should have at least 200v. If you don’t, then you have a bad control board. If you do have 200v or more, then the board is good. The compressor gets its voltage from the board. If the board is sending 200v or more to the compressor, then the compressor should be running and cooling. If it’s not, then your problem is in the sealed system or compressor. Only an EPA certified technician can work on a sealed system.
