So all my tablet does is flash the two logosvback and forth and then I can’t even turn it off. Help

Do you care about your data? If not, a factory reset should fix it. Hold down power+volume down until the bootloader appears. Try using the start option. Use the volume buttons to select the “factory” option. Use the power button to disable it. Hope this helps.
