Chosen Solution
So i was able to find out that PP_VDD_MAIN has a short (Diode Measurement is 0 and if i put power of 3v0 on it draws too much A). I separated both board from each other and now know that the sensor-board is fine, but the core logic board has the short. To locate the short i tried the rosin method, however nothing melts. Is there any other way to find the location of the short?
