Chosen Solution
Successfully replaced the Digitizer Screen assembly, but there is an opaque crescent shaped halo around the outer edges of the front facing camera. I’m thinking it may not be pushed all the way in its recess. Any other ideas before I go back in digging?
Did the replacement screen come with the camera pre-installed or did you move it over from the cracked screen? If you moved it, chances are it’s not lined up properly. Follow this guide to insure everything is in the proper position.
