Chosen Solution
As the title suggests, my phone is now incapable of being fast charged and at times normally charged (unless the charger is flipped correctly), along with its audio connectivity not working anymore. This happened most likely due to an accidental water spillage I made, which may have gotten into the phone, not it should not have been much since the phone is still working fine and can still be charged, just that it does not fast charge anymore nor can it be detected by speakers when making a connection through its port. Is there anything that can be done about this?
For you charging problems, I think your charging port may be damaged. You can get a new one here.
