I have a customer who has a Galaxy S6 with a fast charger. The fast charger charges other Samsung devices quickly, even with the same cable. Has anyone seen this be a charge port issue before? I have only seen this as a cable or charger adapter.

This charging problem is fairly common I think. It is to do with a faulty charging port. You will have to get the charging port replaced and it will work fine. I used to have this problem I temporarily fixed it by putting a toothpick in the charging port and prying the thing inside th charging port up a little but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this. Better safe to just get a charging port replacement
