Any one know where I can source a replacement fan for the Chromebook Pixel (2013)? I think it’s just the wires being a little finicky as it seemed to work fine when I was reinstalling. but when I put the covers back on and stress the CPU in ubuntu it makes sounds like it’s trying but failing to get going. No dust or obstruction of any sort though.
able to find on ebay. this one https://www.ebay.com/itm/183744224172 came with heatsink: NEW Google Chromebook Pixel 2013 LTE Cooling Fan and Heatsink DC28000BC10TIA8 use reverse image search if link dies. might get you there
