I’ve recently acquired an a1708 and it appears that there is something wrong with getting the fan to work. I’ve got istat menus, and manual control there doesn’t do anything. I tried an SMC reset, which started the fans at initial boot up, but then back to nothing. It’d be great if anyone has any suggestions as to what to try next?
OK, Lets try a different program which is a bit more visual so we can see whats happening TG Pro expand the apps window so all of the sensors and fans can be seen. Take a snapshot after starting up cold (after sitting for a good hour). Take a second after running something hard like watching a long YouTube vid paste both here so we can see Adding images to an existing question
