ASHA FABRICS ther are a couple of things that can be going on here. Dell recommends to update the BIOS first. That decision is most likely related due to some errors on the the motherboard. If you want to go that route first, check this Dell site for that. The only other thing I’d do is to repalce the fan. For that download the service manual from here. Page 75 will show you how to do that. That manual will also guide you with upgrading the BIOS.
