Started making a cup. Sputtered and turned off. Won’t turn back on. Outlet is good. Changed water. Still won’t power up.
The machine in the Supreme. There is a you tube video “How to fix the K Supreme reset the thermostat” by “Just a Dad” Great instructions but difficult.
Hi @tomab, If it is fairly “new” check if it is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If it is, do not try to open it and repair it yourself as this would void the warranty. Get it fixed/replaced under warranty. That’s what they’re there for.
