My iPhone’s FaceTime Camera and Earpiece is not working after I replaced the screen, I tried to pry the Camera flex and put it back but there’s nothing happened. By the way its light sensor still works because the “Auto Brightness” is turned on so it automatically adjust its brightness ☺️
If you’ve already unsuccessfully tried reseating the connector on the logic board, there’s not much you can do apart from double checking both connectors of flex cable and logic board are in good shape and all pins stand firmly in place with a good light source and some magnification. In case everything seems fine, try buying a a spare flex cable and replace the old possibly damaged one. If this won’t clear the issue, maybe some smaller component around the connector got squeezed out of place during connector removal.
