I have an iPhone X on the latest version of IOS. Whenever I make, or receive, a Face time call it freezes and fails after 15-30 seconds. I’m not sure if it is just a bug with the latest software update or not. I can provide a video if needed, Just let me know Thank you for all the help!
Apple has recently disabled face time due to a MASSIVE face time security breach and are only reactivating their face time servers/services now. It may be a week before you are back to usual performance. Just in case it could also be an issue with the RAM being uncleared. Completely restart your phone and turn it back on again.
