Is Face ID tied to front camera module & ear speaker sensor? For instance if I take a original front cam & ear sensor from a ic locked phone & put it in another phone will the Face ID function? I’ve been reading that Face ID is tied to the front cam & ear sensor module. Is it true help please
Face ID is tied to the front camera assembly. However the earpiece speaker can be transferred via soldering if needed for doing a earpiece speaker replacement.
