You’ve most likely already ruined the drive and the data. Hard drive mechanisms cannot be repaired, they can only be salvaged to stay long enough to recover data and that has to be done with professional tools in a controlled environment. Also, following YouTube videos just telling you to do things without why is a bad idea. You don’t know what actually went wrong and may be applying procedures for the wrong problem. Professional data recovery is expensive and can be much more if the drive is already messed with.
