“How do you fix exposed ground on an iphone 6s that’s shorting? There’s a place where I removed two caps and now one pad is connected to the other. It literally sparks.” Update (01/19/2017) But the pad of one cap is now connected (via exposed ground) to the cap next to it.
I’m no microsoldering vet, but I would say remove the caps, if they’re back on, clean up the pads, then replace the caps
