Hello. I have recently replaced my motherboard after water damage, all lights are on, button lights work, but the screen wont turn on. The flex ribbon cable connector looks a bit funny, do i need to replace the whole LCD or can i just fix the connector? https://imgur.com/a/SrobP
The photo provided is a bit blurry and hard to see the damaged pin. But if you can get it under magnification and get it back into shape without breaking it, there’s a good chance you can get it working again if that is the reason it doesn’t power up the screen. Also have a really close look at the Logic board to see if there was any damage there too.
