I am unable to connect to the internet via cable (wireless works) and I believe the issue is with the Ethernet card, but I may be wrong. I tried numerous cables (I even tried to use a cable on another computer and it worked, so the issue is not with my internet or the cable). The internet does not work with a cable. Any advise as to what this issue may be, or if the issue is the ethernet card, how I go about replacing it, would be greatly appreciated. Amanda
The ethernet is built into the logic board. You can go with a USB to ethernet dongle or use an airport card. Installing an airport card is a five minute job. It uses a standard AirPort Extreme card. If you give the spped of your machine I can direct you to the installation guide.
