I need to do a deep clean on my PS4. Does the Essential Electronics Toolkit found on this site have all the required bits I would need to tear it down? I’m not up to speed on pentalobe and torx sizes.
@kj101 it does not look like. It appears as if the TR 9 is missing. I suggest that you look through these guides Sony PlayStation 4 Repair and check the tools listed at the beginning of each one of those. Then check the contents of the Essential Electronics Toolkit against the lists of the tools needed. That will give you a pretty good indication what is needed and what is missing, if anything.
