Hello, My Zanussi washing machine ( lindo 300 ZWF81463W) is showing error code E20. As the water is not emptying from the machine I assume it’s something to do with the pump. I would like to empty the filter but cannot find it. Can anyone Help?

I have a Lindo 300 with an E20 error code. I’m unable to remove the drain motor, (assuming that’s where the filter is) there is no clip as in the video, mine seems to be secured with tamper proof screws. The drain hose looks ok with no blockages to the sink drain.
