Chosen Solution
After installing a fan per the guide here, I’m given error code 2162-0002 after boot. The fan works fine now but efforts to solve the problem after 2-3 hours haven’t worked.
Update: Ribbon Cable in game cartridge slot wasn’t connected all the way.
