Chosen Solution
Good evening everybody. I have an iPhone 7 with IOS 11.1.2. Suddenly it stayed “searching” and since then it has been impossible to restore or update the phone. I have been talking to Apple and they didn´t be able to solve it. And, what it is worst, they haven´t give given any kind of solution. Anybody could help me, please? Thanks in advance
I had a similar problem, and my phone eventually bricked itself after I tried restoring a few times. I ended up sending the phone in to be repaired as I was still under warranty. For my phone, the problem was in the logic board, and the solution was a replacement of the bad board. I suspect this would be the only solution for you situation as well.
