hi sir my ipod its ded still 3 4 hour chrging my ipod but still not opne the ipod i just need a replce in ipod OS so i cant cannect to my pc plz need a help .
This could be a couple things: Could be as easy a new USB cord/charger. Sometime using different ports or wall plugs will get it to charge properly. Another thing could be that you battery has failed and needs to be replaced. It’s not a difficult repair if you have done this before. iPod 5th Generation (Video) Battery Replacement If the battery does not work, then your issue is going to lie within the motherboard or hard drive. I would try the first two thing first to see if that’ll work before digging into the motherboard/hard drive.
