Hi All, I have Epson L355 network wireless printer which is not displayed on Epson Net Config. Epson Status Sheet Indicates “Obtain IP Address” to be Unknown. I also tried the Epson Re-setter but still not working. How do I change the IP Address?.
First reset your Wireless router and wait 1-2 minutes. The IP address “SHOULD” be automatically assigned by your wireless router. What I would try first is run through the network setup wizard directly on the printer. If or when it asks for IP address, make sure it is set to “DHCP” as opposed to “STATIC”. This may require you to download the latest drivers and reinstall your printers on your computer(s).
