Heyyyy, So we did a iPhone 8 plus screen repair but the customer came back with the ear speaker not working. Since we have tried: Original prox and earpiece with am screen fine but no ear audio New prox1 with the Am screen boot loops New prox1 with new earpiece with am screen boot loops New prox2 with new and original speaker with am screen boot loops New prox2 with new and original speaker with her broken OEM screen boot loops No visible damage around fpc on board. Kind of at a loss at this point.. Any ideas?
If the phone boot loops with both the replacement AM screen and the original screen, as well as multiple Prox Flexes, then the problem is most likely on the logic board. This could be accidental damage during the repair. Did you test the ear speaker before doing the repair?
