My touch ID hasn’t been working but today my phone feel like 1 feet with my pouch on and the next thing when I tried charging it didn’t work I also tried the earphone Jack and speakers same thing please can anyone tell me what I need to fix there
This points to a faulty dock as it is not charging and the speaker is not working. The first thing you should do is open the phone up and check that the dock connector is seated properly it may have dislodged when dropped.
