it appears mine was dropped, computer functions fine with the exception if I move screen by hinge, I get momentarily disconnect until I position the screen.
You’ve probably broke the hinge from the plastic , If your comfortable taking your laptop apart you can strip it down to the hinge and use jb weld to repair it its a two part epoxy that make a strong fix.
