hello all i have an e321vl vizio tv. the unit turns on and off, also repondes to the controller turning it on and off a few things ive tried was replace the eeprom chip and im still getting a blank screen with no sound. back light is on, light turns ornage to white when i turn it on
johnny sounds like you are having issues with the main board. Unlikely that it is the power board since your backlight comes on. I’d replace the main board and reevaluate. You’ll have to open your TV up to find the correct number of your board since there are a few different versions out there.
