Dvd player is about a year old and used only a handfull of times. It will not play in color !!! What would cause this ?
Check the connection contacts aren’t worn or damaged. If your using an RCA cable, the one with three coloured wires, make sure they’re in the right ports. Check with a different cable. I can’t imagine there would be setting for this but it’s worth a try to look in both the dvd players and TVs menus. Let me know it this helps.
