A DVD is rattling around attempting to eject but cannot.
You’ll need to open the system up to recover the disc. Here’s the IFIXIT guide to get the drive out: MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2012 Optical Drive Replacement Once you get it out the sheet metal cover can be removed to gain access to the disk. Just be careful as the screws are very tiny
