I replaced the flex cable (microphone, dock, etc. ..) and speaker-antenna. Now, when I use the iphone in 3g, gets very hot and consumes a lot of betteria.
Most probably because the antenna is not properly installed and caused poor cellular reception. This can cause skyrocketing power consumption during active cellular usage
