Hi The washer is installed with a dryer stacked on top. During final spin of medium or higher, the dryer emits a loud noise which can be canceled by touching it, or by opening its door. I tried balancing the feet of each appliance, but it wasn’t successful. Please advise. I also have a video which demonstrates the type of noise it makes: https://streamable.com/xahxi Thank you!
John craven - the final spin cycle of the washer creates the most movement. Something is shaking something loose. Check the hoses in the back to see if they are hitting something. Make sure the mounting brackets are tight. It could be a dozen things. Without being in front of the unit I can only guess.
