My screen is not cracked, it just has gray lines and a dark shadow where is landed. Is this the screen, and can I fix it without high cost?
@lovelace going by your description alone, this sounds like a broken display. Use this guide to repair it. The part is available at places like this Sorry but there is no inexpensive way to repair this on an expensive phone.
The best choice is have a screen replacement, but it is expensive to have an oem screen, if you want a cheap, you can get a aftermarket replacement but the quality is not good.
