Yesterday, I dropped my iPhone 6s on the floor. The phone looked fine (no scratches, no crack etc.) but when I pressed the power button to turn it on it had a white screen. I restarted it by pressing the home and lock button for 10-15 seconds but when I did this the screen just went black and won’t do anything. I tried charging it but nothing happened and I’ve tried restarting it a again but nothing happened. When I ring it it doesn’t go straight to voicemail however I can’t hear my phone ringing. Does anyone know what has happened? Any replies would be appreciated, thanks

Probably the screen has gone bad, plug the phone into a computer and open up iTunes. If it detects it there then the screen probably needs to be replaced. You can either replace the screen yourself or take it to a mobile phone repair shop to do so: iPhone 6s Screen Replacement iPhone 6s Screen
