new phone, fell out of my pocket and hit tile floor, no response at all. screen didn’t appeared cracked at first but tilting a certin way shows spider webbing. is repair cost cheaper than new phone ?
julie morton , If no insurance on your phone, perhaps just try contacting Samsung first to see if they can help you if it is a new phone or if purchased through your provider perhaps they will be able to offer remedy/deep discount.. If not see the guide below showing how you could change the screen yourself and also a couple links to replacement screens which you could also do a search for better pricing perhaps.
