Hey 2 days ago i dropped my phone in salt water. My family/friends say i should but it in a bag of rice i did that for 12 hours still did nothing any solutions
Scratch the rice method, time is not your friend in this case. Take it apart right away before corrosion sets in and clean it with iso alcohol. Here is a guide on ifixit water damage
The best option is to disassemble the device and remove the components and the main board. Clean board and components with denatured alcohol. This might work but can fail down the road.
