Do these kind of accidents usually only require LCD to be replaced? No cracks on the actual screen.
Theres screen burns in the top left, so either way you probably need to get it fixed. the weird patterns on it, also probably the LCD. iPad Mini 2 Wi-Fi LCD Replacement
if you are able to take the screen off with out damaging it you can get away with only replacing the lcd
