Anything after that requires dealer software. If it is just a single door that is not working, it is most likely the door module that requires replacement. You can try to reset the modules. Disconnect both the battery cables and then hold the ends of the cables to one another. Keep them touching for a whole 15 seconds. This should reset all modules. Reconnect the battery cables.
