drafts folder will not empty, tried to empty all, tried to empty each message individually. All messages say “untitled”.
That sounds pretty odd, and i would venture to say it’s a software issue. Have you unlocked the phone to use it with other carriers? If not, then I would take it to Verizon and have them update the software.
