When I push the button to open DVD slot nothing happens, it it a mechanical problem that needs a tech or something I can fix?
Open the unit and reset the flat cable and power connector would be my first action. If no response then you need to prove that the connetions are alive… I leave that to your ingenuity. If you have a spare use it to prove the electrics. If electrics good then unit bad. Tom W.
