Chosen Solution
so im new to soldering and I just did a repair today on a donor board. I replaced the Tristar, it looked like it was cleaned well because when I heated the new Tristar it jumped right into place and looks nicely aligned. thing is the phone is barely charging.
Hard to say for sure considering it is a donor board so no history on it. If you have ruled out parts I would replace Tigris as Tristar only gives the okay to charge Tigris does the actual charging.
